  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ON DEMAND WEBINAR AND THE LIVE WEBINAR?

    On demand webinars are files that can be viewed online any time and viewed multiple times during the duration of your product access (120 days). They are recorded by sustainability experts. The live webinars are hosted online and include time for Q&A with the instructors.

  • ARE ANY OF YOUR MATERIALS AVAILABLE IN LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH?

    Unfortunately, our courses are not currently available in other languages other then English. But we will soon have captions that will allow multiple languages.

Course Questions

  • HOW DO I START A COURSE?

    You navigate into the page of the course that interests you and you click on "begin your course". If you havn't done so yet, you will want to sign up and enter your information. If you are already a student and signed in, you will be directed to the check out page. Once the payment has been processed, the course will be available in your dashboard and ready to begin.

  • HOW DO I REGISTER ON FOR COURSES?

    Click the "Sign In" tab on the main navigation of the site while visiting any page and this will direct you to the "Sign Up" page if you haven't yet added your information, or prompt you to "Sign In" if you are a preexisting student.

  • CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON USE THE EXAM PREP MATERIALS?

    No. The courses are intended for individual use, and are programmed to track single user progress through the exam prep study period.

  • I JUST PURCHASED A COURSE . WHEN WILL IT EXPIRE AND NO LONGER BE ACTIVE IN MY ACCOUNT?

    The course access is available for 120 days from the time you first begin the course.

  • CAN THE PRODUCTS BE ACCESSED ON MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER OR DEVICE?

    Yes, all courses can be accessed through your account, which can be viewed on any internet-ready device.

  • HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY LEED EXAM?

    First you will need to log in to your USGBC account, and register and pay for the exam. Keep the eligibility ID provided by USGBC handy. Visit prometric.com to find a testing center near you and schedule your exam.

  • HOW MUCH DOES THE LEED EXAM COST?

    The LEED Green Associate exam costs $200 for USGBC members, or $250 for non-members. The LEED AP exams each cost $250 for USGBC members, or $350 for non-members. It is possible to take the LEED Green Associate and one LEED AP exam together. This combined exam costs $400 for USGBC members, or $550 for non-members.

  • WHAT DOES "ON DEMAND" COURSES MEAN?

    By having courses that are on-demand, it means that they have been specifically designed to go at your own pace and be flexible with your busy schedule. You can think of it as your personal course streaming service. It will also track your progress as you continue through the courses.

  • TROUBLESHOOTING STEP #1

    As a first step, try these troubleshooting steps to your student - these should help resolve a lot of student issues! 1) Clear cache and restart the browser 2) Try a different browser (we like Google Chrome) 3) Try an Incognito / Private Window (this will rule out an issue with browser extensions). 4) Restart the device 5) If possible, try a different device. 6) If possible, try a different internet connection.

  • CAN I PAY FOR COURSES IN INSTALLMENTS?

    We are currently not offering payment plans at this time.

  • CAN I BUY MULTIPLE COURSES AT ONCE?

    You sure can. To get the most bang for your buck, we recommend using the bundles to purchase several courses at once.
